In the context of the current COVID-19 pandemic, Swissphone Wireless AG has implemented important measures to guarantee the availability of business-critical processes.

In particular, this applies to the operation of the TELEPAGE paging network, the IMASYS Alert alarm management platform, the SOS Portal stand-alone solution, the s.ONE resource management platform and on-call operations at customer facilities. The Swissphone crisis management team is installed in accordance with the BCM process. Our team monitors the situation continuously, meets regularly and makes the necessary decisions in the interests of Swissphone's stakeholders.
